Expired Documents Report
Expiry is calculated the same way as during verification: Physical Exam, Drug Screening & TB are valid 8 months from the test date; HHA & PCA Certificates 2 years from issue date; IDs & Employment Authorization use their printed expiry date. Documents manually marked invalid/expired are also included.
Excel Export
Generates an
.xls workbook with one tab per document type (Physical Exam, Drug Screening, TB Lab, HHA Cert, PCA Cert, Employment Authorization, Identification). Each row includes the caregiver's name, phone, email, test/issue date, and calculated expiry date.
